MazDesigns is committed to first identifying a need and then responding with architecture. We believe community engagement early in a project is fundamental to providing impactful design solutions.

Preparation And Brief
During this significant stage in a project we help our client develop their initial brief and any sustainability aspirations. Our commitment to low carbon design is discussed at this stage.

Concept design
Using the brief we create outline proposals and present a number of sketch schemes to choose from. Structural and service engineers are engaged to ensure a cohesive design is developed.
